In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying exceptional talent and helping them envision their professional future with us. What You'll Do:Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring objectives and strategies, focusing on student-facing and academic positions across our institutions.Prepare job postings, secure approvals, and manage requisitions to initiate the recruiting process.Conduct Intake Meetings with hiring teams to align on candidate profiles, goals, and timelines.Review resumes and establish a candidate pool that meets the hiring team's requirements.Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ fit based on established criteria.Utilize market expertise and data to educate and influence hiring managers, providing regular status updates.Source top-tier talent for immediate needs and proactively build a candidate pipeline for future demands.Maintain accurate records and statistics in our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters).Extend offers of employment and support candidates through the initial onboarding process.Completes other duties as assigned.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Complies with all policies and standards
