We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Resource Management Coordinator will be an internal liaison between various client-facing and internal teams and will have a direct impact on delivery to clients.Responsibilities Include:
Assist and document the sales lifecycle from qualified opportunities state until closing. Document expected utilization and forecasting of projects.
Coordinate, plan, and track consulting services resources by collaborating closely with service leads, sales, consultants, and project management.
Work to fill resource requests to identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leads to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand.
Maintain high-level of proficiency in all deployment tools and reporting capabilities, including preparing utilization and revenue reports with consistently accurate data; strong attention to detail as a focus to ensure we're providing reliable data to our stakeholders.
Help plan and facilitate integration & implementation of a future Resource Planning Automation tool:
Gather requirements, serve as a key point of contact for implementation lifecycle
Help document key processes and enhancements
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., accounting, services, etc.) and vendor
Negotiate time between competing resource demands involving consultant delivery and client demands (client-facing)
Help develop time tracking methodology and implement automation tools surrounding scheduling time.
Work closely with consultants and project managers to ensure time entry is completed timely.
Collaborate with internal teams on ad hoc projects.
Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services
2+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building with strong executive presence
Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
