D365 Business Central Business Analyst- Chicago, IL- $80K
A well-established, family owned business is looking for an ERP Business Analyst. Company is in the the food industry moving to Business Central. This role offers leadership and career growth!
The Role:
-Develop and maintain procedures for Item, Customer, Vendor, and other Master Data creation in the ERP system.
-Support company's ERP with setup, deployment, integration, troubleshooting and training.
-Act as the liaison with the Partner on technical aspects and issues for maintaining, upgrading or trouble-shooting the software.
- Develop, conduct and/or coordinate specific training for Users in MS Business Central
-Support the development and functionality across the User base for MS Business Central and Business Intelligence (BI), to analyze and manage the business.
-Gain sufficient knowledge of the Briess businesses, to be able to provide effective development and/or support for Master Data, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Product Costing, Work Centers, and Cost Centers.
-Gain sufficient knowledge of the Briess businesses, to be able to support best practices for Order Entry, MRP, Scheduling, Pick and Ship, Quality Hold/Release, AR/AP and other business processes.
-Align systems and processes with organizational needs.
-Ensure existing systems continue to support evolving business requirements.
-Develop processes and identify opportunities for enhancements.
-Oversee testing and validation of software changes prior to production deployment
What You'll Need:
-Bachelors Degree in IT and/or at least 3-5 years related experience with MS Dynamics
-SQL server and relational database experience
-Food Industry experience
-Manufacturing environment experience
