Job Responsibilities:
•Working Business and Technical Teams to gather requirements for building Tableau Dashboards
•Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established client IT methodology and standards
•Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
•Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with Client standards and client needs
Project Description:
•Work on Client Global Template representing Data Team. Candidate will build dashboards that will be leveraged for future sectors like ESSA Wave 2.
What does the team environment look like?
•Data Team is represented by a Conversion Transformation Team as well as Global Data Quality. Current mix of on Global Data Team is about 5 employees and a couple of contractors.
What is the interaction level this resource will have with the team? The manager?
•Candidate will interact with everyone on Global Data Team as well as others who on Sector teams like FLNAW1.
What is driving the need for this resource?
•Numerous Dashboard requirements being requested by Sr. Leadership to show weekly status such as Data Availability and Data Cleansing.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree
•5+ years of Tableau experience
•5+ years of SQL experience- preferably in HANA
•Requirement gathering
•Expert knowledge of databases and related tools and utilities
•Problem-solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment
•Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
•Works well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
•S4 / Ehana database experience
•Previous client experience
