Purpose StatementAs a thought leader and in a highly visible role, the D365 Customer Experience (CE) Presales Architect contributes to the growth of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CE business in North America by understanding our client's needs and consistently achieving sales targets. You drive revenue growth for D365 and design and communicate industry solution offerings to clients. You envision and develop innovative solution propositions and products and drive cutting-edge evolution in our client's application and data portfolios. Major Areas of Responsibility
Contribute to the global sales strategy, aligned directly to sa.global's vision, with a clear focus on maximizing margins through enabling the selling of sa.global's D365 solutions
Position D365 to clients to increase demand and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to close new Microsoft D365 deals

Drive measurable and sustained growth by achieving successful business outcomes
Lead the design of functional components as a subject matter expert on capabilities and configuration of Microsoft D365 CE during the presales phase
Design, build, and demonstrate scenario flows with Microsoft D365 CE aligned to the client's business team's key requirements
Provide input to estimating functional workstreams
Advise the delivery team during the functional solution design
Create differentiated propositions while solving business-impacting client problems
Align solution values with client objectives via discovery, demonstration, estimation, SOW, and deal-close activities
Leverage offshore and near-shore sales, solutions, and delivery capabilities to produce results with excellence
Partner closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to develop the sales, solutions, and delivery assets needed to create compelling offering packages
Lead with a diverse mindset and a strong focus on the development of those around you
Work directly with deal teams and clients as a coach and subject matter expert
Support qualification and origination activities and sales pursuits by building compelling client-specific propositions and leveraging our latest thinking to win
Work directly with internal asset and delivery groups to shape propositions around existing capabilities and define features where there are gaps
Work with delivery team to closely monitor offering impact in the field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive experience in D365 Customer Experience (CE)
Deep understanding of the concepts and applications of Microsoft technology related to Dynamics
Proven experience with multi-phase D365 CE implementations with a focus on presales, business development, and engagement delivery
Passion for sales and winning, demonstrated by a consistently positive representation of sa.global's solutions

Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive attitude to finding solutions
