This role will focus on expanding digital channels, driving customer engagement through email marketing, and enhancing dealer capabilities with personalized email journeys and lead generation tools. The consultant will collaborate across teams to optimize eCommerce marketing performance and support business growth.What You Will Do
Lead the execution of eCommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central
Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, expanding digital channels and opportunities for customer engagement
Drive dealer capabilities through targeted email journeys, PSE lead generation, and other marketing data opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals and improve digital marketing performance
Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results
Manage vendor relationships for digital marketing tools, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Increased channel expansion opportunities – launching push notifications and exploring WhatsApp integration opportunities
Lead documentation and stakeholder engagement for eCommerce marketing Gen 5 GDS deliverables
Consult with business partners and dealers on data sharing initiatives, such as Snowflake, to inform and enhance email strategies
Serve as indirect lead for Email Specialist role, prioritizing workload and key deliverables to achieve roadmap and KPIs
