Procore is hiring a Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Specialty Contractors, to partner with the Account Executive team by supplementing demonstrations with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. You will be the expert voice and resource to support our Account Executives throughout the sales process. This includes participating in technical demonstrations, answering RFPs, working closely with CS/Implementation/Marketing/Product teams, and positioning Procore as the leading construction software solution to prospects. Solutions Engineers work in a highly collaborative and rapidly growing sales organization within Procore.This position will be remote or based in any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately. What you’ll do:Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and closeWork with sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challengesEnabling new Account Executives for success and transforming them into Procore experts through training and supportComplete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologiesCommunicating with fellow team members (mentoring and asking questions) via instant messaging, email, phone, and face to face meetingsCollaborating with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leaderWork cross-functionally with Account Executives, Solution Engineering Overlays, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to establish a shared vision with our customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals What we’re looking for:Construction IT or Construction ProfessionalsExperience in IT, and management roles within the construction industry, including Asset Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Director of Information Systems and Technology, IT Solutions Manager,.Procore platform users are highly preferred but not requiredAbility to establish credibility with an executive audienceStrong problem solving, analytical, and active listening skillsExperience developing quantitative and qualitative analysesConfidence based on rigorous preparation and forethoughtHigh degree of curiosity with particular emphasis in discovering how to evolve current thinking of ‘value’ for the Construction industryStrong storytelling skillsProven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executivesUnderstanding of complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar
