You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and seek various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleThis role requires a savvy commercial leader with sharp analysis & strategy skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to align on tactics and change behavior to drive measurable commercial results.Lead the development of global commercial strategies and tactics based on guest, customer, owner, competitive, and commercial data, aligned with the company outcomes and priorities across the areas of Revenue, Digital, Loyalty, Distribution, Revenue Management, Brand, and Sales.Liase with the global commercial leaders, brand segment leaders, and regional leaders to align on strategies, tactics, and measurements based on data that will drive commercial performance for strategic areas of focus. Gain buy-in and commitment to the plans at all levels needed for execution.Lead cross-functional teams for large enterprise areas of focus to implement the tactics, education, behavior changes, and measurement plans.Qualifications:Experience Required:Bachelors degree10 years of experience. Preferably with a mix of consulting and travel industry experience across corporate, regional, and property-level leadership positionsExpert in data and analysis and translating data into actionable tactics and measurement plansDemonstrable skills in strategy development, a growth mindset/consulting approachSignificant leadership skills in gaining buy-in from parties through influence using a fact-based approachSuperior communication skills to influence parties at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in environments where there are competing resources and priorities, global operations, and at times a high degree of ambiguityA global and growth mindsetThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, etc.The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
