What you'll doYou’ll be the go-to for our members, and you have your own way of helping them with what they need, making them welcome and at easeEnsure our space is set to impress and kept tidy from first light, to close of play, with everything in-between.Keep on top of our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar.Work closely with the rest of the Working From team, providing a great experience for members, from first contact to when they become part of our family and beyond.Daily day pass and member guest tracking, ensuring all contact information is received and invoices entered and tracked into our CRM system at the end of each day.Place and track all supply ordering, from our pantry snacks, to coffee, to office supplies, so that our Members have everything they need.Manage mail and packages for our members with tip top organization.Manage & direct any calls or emails that come our way, ensuring that everything gets to where it needs to be.Show off the space to any of our day pass guests & meeting room teams.Assist Membership Engagement & Operations Manager with event set ups when necessary.
