Further your career at MoLo today.Currently, we are looking for an Intern, Truckload Account Development to join the MoLo Solutions team.As a Truckload Account Development Intern, you will gain practical account management experience by maintaining relationships with customers. These customers are companies with truckload transportation needs, and we collaborate with carrier partners to provide effective transportation solutions. Our comprehensive training program will teach you about the logistics industry, how to use the transportation management software, and effective operations processes for building strong customer partnerships. Through hands-on experience and guidance from a mentor, you will learn to operate existing accounts and execute operational tasks to deliver excellent customer service. During the internship, you will collaborate with various departments, engage with key personnel, and complete a business project. Our internship program provides a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills, contribute to the Truckload Account Development team’s success, and gain insights into the logistics industry.If you like to learn, build relationships, and have fun then this is the internship for you!Main Responsibilities:

Assist a Truckload Account Development mentor to execute operational tasks.

Learn account management techniques and gain hands-on experience.

Ensure shipment details are accurately entered into the transportation management software.

Utilize scheduling systems to schedule the pickup and delivery appointments for the shipments.

Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to maintain excellent customer service.

Monitor shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Prioritize and respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with your mentor, communicate across departments, and engage with leadership.

Participate in the internship speaker series, attend internship events, and complete a project.

Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Experience and Skills We’re Looking For:Education

Pursuing bachelor's degree; undergraduate education at a Junior level standing, preferred.

This is a full-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.Why MoLo?
