Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
o 1. IT Technical Knowledge and Understanding - strong grasp of IT Infrastructure, software development, systems integration and emerging technologies is essential.
o 2. Proficient in Agile or Scaled agile Project Management methodologies and strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within timeline, scope and budget.
o 3. Effective communication is key to managing expectations , resolving conflicts, and ensuring all stakeholders (technical, business, clients) are aligned. Ability to translate technical Jargon into business friendly language
Nice to have skills or certifications:
o 1. Safe Agilist Scaled Agile/ Certified Scrum master (CSM)
o 2. PMP
o 3. AWS preferred; Azure/GCP experience can substitute.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline
Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction
