Primary responsibility is to support Territory Managers to gain 100% market share within their categories, channels and markets. Provide coaching, inspiration, guidance to Territory Field Sales Associates to implement strategic approaches delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers.Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate key categories to Freud / Diablo. Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within T&E BudgetAide assigned Territory Managers in scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other administrative duties that contributes to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volumeMentor & counsel Territory Managers (as assigned) on company best practices, customer approaches & strategies in an engaging and highly communicative manner.  (Daily contact with TMs)Consistent communication with direct supervisor at minimum 2 times per week to discuss customer and company strategies / specifics.  Attend team conference calls and provide requested revenue planning.Travel minimum 2 weeks per month to meet Customers & Develop Territory Managers (as assigned)
