The Solutions Marketing Director, End-to-End RCM Strategic Partnerships will focus on the growth of R1 RCM in their marketing efforts.As the Solutions Marketing Director, End-to-End RCM Strategic Partnerships, you will apply deep buyer, competitor, product, and route-to-market knowledge to lead solutions marketing for our End-to-End RCM business segment. The Solutions Marketing Director will develop value propositions and marketing strategies that grow client relationships with large US-based health systems. On a daily basis the Solutions Marketing Director will be a close partner to the business and sales and will guide a dedicated marketing team to create and execute growth marketing campaigns supported by effective content to drive results.Responsibilities:Using market analysis and an understanding of the competitive landscape to understand customer needs and personas, and develop marketing strategies
Developing R1’s market-facing point of view, key messages, and proof points for end-to-end RCM partnerships in the large IDN market
Collaborating closely with R1 business owners and product teams to be a bridge to the market: develop marketing strategies, including packaging, education, product launches, and marketing campaigns
Working closely with a dedicated Content Marketing leader to create market and internal facing content to support sales and client retention
Working closely with a dedicated Marketing Campaign leader to design and implement integrated marketing tactics that achieve goals in new lead identification and progression
Being an active participant in the market through collaboration with sales, participating on social media, and building relationships with analysts and other industry observers
Evaluate marketing effectiveness through metrics to confirm results meet business needs, and adapt the approach as necessary

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
5+ years of healthcare provider work experience with a minimum of 3 years in product marketing and/or Revenue Cycle Management
Proven successful experience in working well with various groups and levels of the organization
Ability to travel 10-20%
