You’ll be: Communicating effectively and professionally with care provider offices, clinics, hospitals, and other clinical facilities to collect medical records. Updating contact and tracking information via database/spreadsheets. Performing various project-related tasks as needed. Adapting to shifting priorities based on project needs. Reporting to the project manager.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Have PC experience and skills, including Microsoft Office suite (MS Word/MS Excel). Have a high school diploma or bachelor's degree. Have experience with database entry. Have call center experience. Have experience working in an office environment. Are familiar with the medical office environment and basic medical terminology. Are goal-oriented and can work within time-sensitive projects. Have the ability to build relationships with providers through consistent communication to retrieve medical records.
