We are a 100% Employee Owned company. Looking for an IT Consulting Sales Executive located in the Chicago Area with the following qualifications, skills and background:

5 plus years of either Consultative or IT Staffing Sales experience in cultivating and managing large accounts (i.e., both hunter & farmer mentality)
Proven experience in developing deep and wide relationships within strategic accounts
Comfortable at selling at VP & C-levels with the ability to understand/communicate strategic business initiatives and how solutions offered impact key business objectives.
5+ years proven IT consultative selling to Fortune 1,000 organizations
Proven sales results and consistently meets and exceeds quotas with a personal drive around attaining stretch goals
Comfortable at Major Account planning to strategically manage sales growth within targeted accounts
Strong values around honesty, integrity and respect for others
Strong sales traits and habits around prospecting, growing existing accounts, relationship building with partners, and team player
Customer centric values with a passion to over deliver, communicate consistently and exceed customer expectations
Knowledge of Microsoft products and Microsoft sales team would be valuable

Duties:

Work with Microsoft in the North Central Region to develop regional partner plans, joint campaigns and uncover opportunities
Work with Global SI Channel Partners to support sales efforts and develop regional partner plans
Focus on targeted accounts to cultivate business relationships, identify enterprise projects, and close business
Develop territory plan that will lead to meet/exceed annual revenue targets
