As a Senior Demand Planner, you will manage the long-term and short-term demand planning process for major brands within Kellanova’s portfolio. Serving as a liaison between cross-functional business partners, you will ensure that all demand plans are accurate and necessary inputs are gathered. You will need to demonstrate successful forethought in demand planning and an owner’s mindset to drive big results. The role can be based out of Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL and will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days.

You’re fascinated by consumer behavior. You can (and sometimes will) turn that presentation around in 24 hours, because you’ve done it dozens—even hundreds—of times before. You’re adept at bringing together multiple ideas and data points from different leaders and teams and synthesizing them into a unified point of view—even when there is ambiguity. In fact, other people come to you when they need help elevating their strategy and presentations because you are just that good.
