Job Overview The Operations Director will report to the Commercial Risk COO. You will be responsible for delivering optimal results through the successful deployment and execution of initiatives that support U.S. CRS (e.g. ,Limit of Liability, Broking lever compliance, training and education, E&O mitigation, and Policy Intake & Delivery). You will play a key role in helping the US to optimize operations, allocate resources appropriately, and grow PTI. You will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the business and Aon’s internal processes and procedures to drive the organization to higher level of efficiency and performance. Responsibilities

Partner with the Commercial Risk COO to deliver optimal results through implementation and coordination of key operational business initiatives.

Support the business in driving new growth and expanding margin.

Assist in the successful implementation of the 3X3

Help implement solutions to free-up client facing colleagues to sell new business, service existing clients and develop client relationships.

Partner with finance to improve cash flow and reduce expenses.

Assist in managing the appropriate allocation of resources in US practice groups

Drive key change and transformation initiatives identified by senior management.

Support the implementation of operational objectives agreed to by Global CRS Leadership

Strengthen compliance programs.

Assist in the execution of technology strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA preferred

Minimum 7 -10 years of finance and/or operational experience

Ability to implement and manage financial controls

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Aptitude to understand key drivers of profitability and operational performance

Insurance Brokerage experience a plus

P&C license a plus

Proficient in MS Office and Pivot Tables

Able to work in a complex global matrix environment

Demonstrated leadership skills

The salary range is $80,500 - $120,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
