Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
Expertise in the Oracle Health Clarvia solution with extensive knowledge of patient care to workforce management workflows.
Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization of the Capacity Management solution.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences.
Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Authorization to work in the United States.

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
