IMMEDIATE HIRINGPosition: Outreach Coordinator Pay: $45 per hour.Shift: Morning shift (8AM-5PM)Monday-Friday (Flexible to work in the evenings)40-50 hours a weekDescription:The Outreach Coordinator will be working on the American Rescue Protection Act vaccination project for the entire state of Illinois. There are 88 openings total on the Outreach Coordination team and they will be responsible for attending various events within different communities within the State of Illinois. Each Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for reaching out to residents in different counties that are resistant to getting the vaccination.Each Outreach Coordinator will perform the following: Attend outreach functions to meet with local residents throughout the State of Illinois.
Provide stellar interpersonal communication with members of the general public, state government officials, local government officials, members of community-based organizations, and other organizations within assigned communities.
Deliver scripted messaging related to vaccination opportunities (dates/times/locations), state-approved incentive opportunities, and vaccination site hosting opportunities. The communication script will be developed by state and IEM leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:Experience within customer service; retail, restaurant, community outreach, hotel, etc.
Experience and/or ability to perform professional interpersonal communication
Ability to collect, document, and report pertinent information in established systems per established timelines and protocols.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software and applications via iPad or similar).
Note: Equipment such as iPads, MiFis, and similar will be provided by the client.Requirements:Must have Car and Driving license
Comfortable with travelling for work
Comfortable with b ackground check
High school diploma/GED
