Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Support role, ideally located in Chicago, Illinois. This role revolves around providing support to our sales and development team in the industry. The responsibilities of this position include guiding sales prospects, coordinating labor for projects, and managing customer feedback. This is a remote role, with the potential for collaboration with team members in various locations.Responsibilities: Guide sales prospects through our CRM pipeline. Collaborate with the Program Team to allocate labor to projects and assist with the development of Scopes of Work. Follow up with customers post-service delivery to record their feedback. Manage the company's Proposal Inbox, identifying public bid opportunities we should pursue. Assist in the proposal development process for public bids. Create and manage direct mail campaigns and conduct outreach. Undertake special projects as needed. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Utilize communication skills to answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a related role. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential. Experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is required. Must be familiar with CRM systems and their usage in sales support. Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. Proficiency in ERP Solutions is vital. Experience with About Time software is desirable. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently is a must. Must have experience in Auditing and Billing Functions. Excellent Communication skills are required. Experience in Salesforce Development is a plus. Should be able to handle Special Projects independently. Experience in Direct Mail Campaigns is necessary. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
