AECOM is seeking a Project Information Specialist.Job duties include but are not limited to:Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees.Role will include three primary areas of involvement:Contract Administration including lifecycle management, reviews, compliance, changes, disputes, documentation, performance monitoring, communication and onboarding.Cost Administration including budgeting, control, invoice tracking, analysis, records and liaison with finance.Project Management Administrative Support including communications coordination and training collateral.
