Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards
Oversees project planning
Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status
Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively
Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments
Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met
Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice
Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager
In collaboration with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused
Requirements
A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
JIRA experience desired
Agile Scrum experience
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework
Deep understanding of Program Management
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Excellent problem-solving skills
You'll be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
