Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our upgrades and systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with technical teams to implement upgrades and systems changes.

Manage project resources and budget effectively.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.

Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate project teams.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
