We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Retail Operations to provide strategic leadership and management to retail teams across the region. This individual will oversee operational growth, client retention, and long-term contract stability while fostering key customer and retail partner relationships.
Proven leadership experience in retail operations or multi-unit management.
Strong ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Experience building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Ability to adapt to emerging retail trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage retail operations across the region, ensuring performance meets business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retail partners to enhance business opportunities.
Drive operational growth, profitability, and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to integrate emerging technologies that support business growth.
Strengthen the retail division’s brand and portfolio by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Oversee buying and inventory management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Work closely with senior leadership to build and improve operational systems, processes, and staffing to support growth objectives.
Define and enforce key service factors to enhance the customer experience.
Serve as a thought leader, driving innovation in retail operations and implementing creative solutions.
Set clear objectives, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Deliver timely and accurate reports on the retail division’s performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in procurement, production, strategy, and technology to drive operational excellence.
