Join us in shaping the future of association management, where our values serve as the cornerstone of our success.The Registration Services Support Specialist coordinates the various tasks needed to provide clients and event guests with a seamless registration experience. The support specialist participates in the testing of the registration website and handles providing guest support by responding to inbox email and phone inquiries to help resolve questions, changes, and/or other requests. The support specialist assists in the procurement of registration supplies to provide onsite credentials as scoped and provides onsite customer service at the registration desk. The objective of the role is to meet and exceed service delivery expectations with clients, attendees, and exhibitors/sponsors. This is an ideal job for someone who has a passion for working with customers, exercises sound business judgment, is a strategic thinker, and can communicate effectively between varying technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires extraordinary attention to detail, communication, and customer service. What You Will Do
Works with the project manager to understand the registration system requirements and tests functionality
Use of Systems, Tools, Controls and Applications to fulfill registration services, reporting needs, and financial reconciliation based upon requirements document and scope.
Meet and exceed service delivery expectations with clients, attendees, and exhibitors/sponsors
Provides customer service support for email and phone inquiries from event guests
Investigates, troubleshoots, and provides system updates for record changes.
Participates in planning and debriefing registration meetings, supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
Supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
Tests the onsite applications, trains the temporary staff, and provides registration customer service during event days.
Adheres to all compliance, standards, and best practices in use of tools, data, and processes

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of work experience in an event service capacity
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Demonstrate a history of being able to thrive in a fast-paced client application support environment
Demonstrated success working directly with customers, building strong relationships, and providing responsive solutions
Experience working within registration systems
Ability to effectively work on a team, as well as autonomously
