Ama La Vida (ALV) is seeking a temporary, part-time Relationship Strategist to help drive revenue and support business development goals. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to assess clients’ needs and priorities and then match their objectives with the best coach and program(s) to help them accomplish their goals.During a typical week in this role you may:Use your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goalsShare your expert knowledge of ALV products and services with prospective clients via email, phone calls, video and texts Build relationships with potential clients and coaches to establish trust and rapportNurture inbound leads with the goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from existing clientsMaintain and update our CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenueCollaborate with the sales team to address sales opportunities and challenges
