Job DescriptionOur client is looking for 2 Business Analysts to join their team! Their primary systems are Banner and Ellucian products and consultants will work on their Academics registrar system. They recently underwent an IT re-org and now have Service Delivery organization. This position is open because they have been building out this new team due to a re-org and acquisition and have a ton of knowledge dump they need to get through. There are about 20 hours of recorded knowledge transfer. These resources will listen to that recording and take and transcribe it and build reference documentation/reference material for the org. They must be able to understand data flow analysis and data end points.If this resource has experience with Ellucian Banner Academics modules like Registrar, they could also do the below tasksIdentify impact analysis and write test scripts/unit test up front prior to sending to the development team. The dev team is doing script writing/dealing with issues in backlog. Some projects will consist of Banner system upgrades where Ellucian will provide the release guides and this Analyst will go through those release guides and identify analysis, write scripts, and test. This role will be doing a lot of troubleshooting. He/she must be experienced with following Agile methodologies as required documentation is imperative.
