We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data across the organization while driving strategic insights through dashboards, integrations, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate is skilled in data governance, and visualization, and can translate complex datasets into actionable business intelligence for diverse stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and security of sales and lead data across platforms.Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.Standardize data entry formats and protocols across systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.Define and manage access controls and user roles to safeguard sensitive data.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as FERPADevelop and enforce data retention, archiving, and deletion policies.Build and maintain real-time sales dashboards via Power BI and Salesforce.Automate data pipelines for timely insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.Monitor and report on KPIs including lead conversion, enrollment growth, and territory performance.Integrate data across CRM systems and other platforms.Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement API or middleware-based data connections.Maintain a centralized data repository collaborate with IT to ensure data moves to the data lake to support analytics and business intelligence.Present data in visually compelling formats to drive stakeholder engagement.Use visual tools like trendlines and heatmaps to explain performance shifts.Deliver tailored reports and presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
