Job DescriptionAn employer is looking to add a Sales Tool Specialist to our client's team. This person will become our client's in-house sales platform expert, providing internal teams with training and on-going support across tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Winmo and Gong. The Sales Tool Specialist will work with our client's sales leadership and external vendors to maximize productivity across our sales tools, including communicating new capabilities, developing improved processes, and providing general best practices. Additional responsibilities include researching, vetting and onboarding new tools to support our client's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a Salesforce Administrator Certificate or something similarSkills and RequirementsExtensive experience working with Salesforce as a "super user"Ability to train others on how to best utilize salesforce and get the most out of the softwareSalesforce Administration Certification or similarExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teamsDemonstrated confidence and discipline to work independentlyBachelor's degree Experience in digital advertising sales or a sales organization, to understand the needs of sellerExperience working with Pardot, Gong, Winmo (or other relevant lead gen tool), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Showpad and/or Docusign nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
