Job DescriptionLooking for ppl to have hands on knowledge of SF and certs, knowledge of how SF architecture is built understand business needs and define solutions. Work through building solutions. SF background is important. Working closely with sales marketing teams and business teams. Troubleshooting, POCs, mockups not hands on development but hands up with Salesforce. CXOne/Genesys/Five9- understand from functional side how they work with salesforce
