WHAT DOES A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, MARKET ACCESS DO?This position supports our market access business across multiple client portfolios. Strong leadership and guidance for client engagements focused on both traditional market access stakeholders (i.e., health plans, pharmacy benefit management companies, integrated delivery networks) and HCP/patient initiatives that address access and reimbursement considerations are critical. The role is accountable for driving deliverables in both project-based and market access AOR client engagements. Based on our growth trajectory, providing support for business development initiatives and client retention by developing and maintaining mid-level relationships will be expected. The role collaborates with HCP/patient account counterparts on AOR books of business. The Senior Account Manager, Market Access also works with Planning, RM and PMO colleagues to plan, execute and manage client deliverables while taking responsibility for budget management and exceeding client expectations.
