It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Wells Fargo Commerical Capital Administrative Services Group as part of the Commercial Banking line of business. Support performance of less experienced Administrative Assistance staff and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks

Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts

Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks

Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports

Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures

Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff

Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentation

Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks

Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization

Additional responsibilities include - Provide best in class administrative support for internal and external clients, facilities management, leadership responsibilities of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital COE (trouble ticket management, meetings & events, accounts payable processing), liaise and oversee mail support, and assistance for technology requests

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with the SAP Concur Travel, Expense & Invoice system

Administrative support exposure; preferably within Wells Fargo supporting senior level executives

Administrative support experience in banking or financial services

Knowledge and understanding of business/executive travel planning

Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders

Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Project management experience

Ability to provide leadership to a virtual or remote team

Accounts payable experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation Range:

$25.43 - $45.24 USD Hourly - Area 001 - Chicago, IL; Hoffman Estates, IL

Job Expectations:

Schedule for all posted locations will be, Monday thru Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm CST.

Preferred locations are listed above. Other locations will not be considered.

This position is hybrid and will require the selected candidate to work on-site /in-office 3 days a week.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
