Reporting to and partnering with Client Finance Manager to develop reporting formats in accordance with client contracts
Work with client teams to ensure process supports reporting needs including staff utilization and deliverable tracking
Prepare weekly client reports based from SAP data
Partner with billing, production and client teams to ensure client report accuracy
Work to resolve client reporting related requests
Client Profitability
You will prepare client profitability reports on a monthly basis
Work with Client Finance Manager and client teams to analyze issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with client teams to implement profitability improvement strategies
Prepare and submit client profitability reports in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines
Client Forecasts
Work with Client Finance Manager to prepare client profitability forecasts
Submit client profitability forecasts in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines
Contract Management
Ensure Agency is in compliance with current contractual guidelines
Other
Partner with client teams on process implementation throughout client related finance matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of work experience considered
Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Preference for Chicago area candidates (Hybrid - 3x/ week)
Experience presenting financial information to non-financial teams
Comfortable digging through large volumes of reporting for key operational findings
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
