At E78, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst provides leadership in the support, planning, development and management of our client's mission critical business applications including its enterprise Association Management System. Works with key business stakeholders and product owners to ensure their business needs are met through the support enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Leads small projects in support of client's Association Management System (AMS).
  • Works with business stakeholders to translate business requirements to technical requirements for new application enhancements.
  • Functions as technical lead in the design, development and implementation of new application enhancements and custom end-user reports.
  • Provides functional support and tier three technical support for client's Association Management System.
  • Shares responsibility with manager in managing third-party development vendors.
  • Shares responsibility with the Business Applications team members in maintaining technical and end-user documentation.
  • Shares responsibility with Business Applications team members in providing end-user training.
  • Shares responsibility with senior Business Applications team members to manage the change control process for client's Association Management System.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with SQL, writing/debugging functions, stored procedures and extending database schemas.
  • Demonstrated experience in support/development of application enhancements for enterprise business systems like Association Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems and in developing custom reports for Microsoft Reporting Services using Visual Studio or other tools like Crystal Reports or Cognos.
  • Demonstrated experience working with XML, JSON and HTML.
  • Prior experience supporting Association Management Systems or Customer Relationship systems desired, experience with NetFORUM is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with Azure DevOps a plus.
