We are looking for a savvy, analytical business analyst to join our team in the newly created position of Senior Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for working closely with senior management of the company to provide analytical and research support to key initiatives of the company. LEARN is backed by Gryphon Investors, a leading private equity firm based in San Francisco.The Analyst will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Partnerships and in close partnership with LEARN’s President of Autism Services to ensure that the company is maintaining rigor in its decision making.
Lead research and analysis for new market entry and new center launches
Create pro forma models
Complete third-party research
Partner with third parties for research and analysis
Use business intelligence tool, DOMO, to create insights for management
Manage requests from field staff
Partner with IT to import data
Conduct analysis on operating, clinical, marketing and financial data to inform strategy
Support mergers and acquisition process, as needed
Provide support to the leadership team on periodic reporting, including monthly business reporting and quarterly board presentations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an business analyst role, management consulting preferred
Bachelors required
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Understanding of Business Intelligence tools, DOMO experience a plus
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
