THE POSITION: EVERSANA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our legal team. This role will serve as a hands-on legal advisor and counselor supporting the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) and data initiatives. The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice and risk assessment related to AI and data use across the enterprise. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor and primary contributor, with strong ownership of outcomes.The Senior Counsel will partner with business, product, and technology teams, as well as Legal, Compliance, and Privacy colleagues, to evaluate AI use cases and provide clear, practical legal guidance that enables responsible and compliant deployment of AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring 10-12+ years of relevant legal experience, including experience in a similar role advising on technology, AI, data, or intellectual property matters.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
