We have an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Mainframe Developer in Chicago, IL.
The ideal candidate should have in 6-8 Years of experience in Sr. Mainframe Developer with proven experience in hands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL and Stored Procedures. Must have extensive experience in analysis and design and excellent in programming and debugging skills. Must have good working knowledge of Relational Databases. Nice to have understanding of CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures. Must be excellent in analytical and in problem solving skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations. Must have the capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members. Must have development experience within the financial/banking industry strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures.
