You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and seek various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleThe Senior Manager of Franchise Program Management will join the Franchise & Growth PMO, responsible for program and change management supporting Hyatt’s dynamic growth organization. This organization includes the Franchise & Owner Relations team (FORG), the select service business development team, as well as Hyatt Studios and Hyatt’s future enterprise growth initiatives.This new role will focus on supporting organizational leaders and aligning all teams and team members to strategic outcomes that will drive owner and operator success and preference for Hyatt. The Senior Manager Franchise Program Management will also contribute to the identification, sizing, prioritization, and resourcing of Hyatt’s newest and most impactful growth opportunities.Supports the evolution of FORG, development, and Growth strategic outcomes; aligns teams and team members towards shared business impacts and guides teams throughout annual and quarterly goal-setting activitiesSupports alignment of key projects and workstreams to strategic outcomes, maintains and evolves prioritization and work management tools and processes, and coaches team members to utilize program and project management tools effectivelyMaintains and optimizes internal productivity, communication, and feedback tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, HyattConnect, Qualtrics, Mural, etc.); creates and delivers training for team membersSupports cross-functional, agile teams tasked to explore “how we work” within and beyond the growth organization, including but not limited to pods focused on productivity, inclusion, recognition, and colleague engagementProvides project management coaching to business leads, as well as formal and informal training and development opportunities for team membersAssists organizational leaders to manage issues, risks, and dependencies, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and identify opportunities to maximize shared resourcesChampions adoption of agile, outcome-based management orientations and methodologies; evaluate opportunities to incorporate agile working teams and outcome-oriented approaches into solving problem practicesDemonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core valuesOpportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activitiesQualifications:Experience Required:4-year college degree or equivalent experience5 years’ experience leading enterprise operations or technology projects or programsFluent in Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience Preferred:Experience in corporate/franchise/multi-unit hotel operations or programmingMaster’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or EngineeringProject Management Professional (PMP) / Program Manager (PgMP) or equivalentsCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalentInternal or external consulting experience preferredThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
