You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and seek various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleThe senior manager of PMS deployment will lead the deployment of Hyatt’s new property management system, Opera Cloud, to our global portfolio of approximately 1300 hotels. This position will be responsible for supporting the creation of the approach, building the deployment team, and executing the multi-year deployment plan. In this role, you will work with internal and external partners across the globe, including our Opera partners, corporate and regional teams, and local hotel teams, both managed and franchised, to successfully execute this project on time and within budget.Design, develop, and uphold a cohesive deployment strategyManage the creation and maintenance of all associated training materialLead the recruitment and training of the deployment team; 2 managers, 12 deployment leads, and 12 contractor positionsManage resources and their day-to-day workloads by proactively identifying and resolving issues that would present a riskImplement training and development plans for each team memberGrow and maintain relationships with GHOS Internal partners to ensure cross-functional alignmentOpportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activitiesQualifications:Experience Required:A diverse Hotel Management Experience in Operations (5 years)Managing projects with multiple wavesIn-depth knowledge of Hyatt’s core property management systems (PMS, CRS, Sales & Revenue) 5 yearsDeveloping training for a global audience 3 yearsExperience Preferred:College degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a major hotel companyExperience with Core Hyatt Systems, Opera, Reserve, Synxis, Envision, Prio, Colleague AdvantageThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
