Overview The Senior Packaging Graphics Specialist is a hybrid technical and creative professional responsible for leading the design adaptation, production, and execution of brand packaging and related marketing materials across all print and digital platforms. This role bridges creative vision with production precision—ensuring that concepts transition seamlessly from idea to final deliverable. The position requires strong leadership in packaging design, brand stewardship, and technical print production, as well as a strategic understanding of how design supports broader brand objectives. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, technical expertise in multi-SKU consumer brand packaging and prepress, and creative problem-solving skills that push client deliverables to the next level.  Please attach a link to your portfolio. Applicants must have packaging design and production expertise to be considered. Salary Range: 85,000 to 120,000 USD Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of consumer product packaging brands, each with distinct creative, structural, and production requirements. Create graphics and production files for a large portfolio of exclusive brand packaging. Lead complex packaging projects from concept through production, ensuring on-brand design and functionality. Lead adaptive design across various brands and die lines, balancing creativity with technical precision. Manage print production: prepare technical files, liaise with cross-functional teams, and conduct quality checks. Support the creative and production teams in designing and maintaining core branding assets and systems across multiple brands. Ensure consistent application of visual brand standards across a large portfolio of exclusive brand packaging.  Collaborate with the creative and production teams to manage image libraries.  Proactively review and optimize processes, developing new workflows that enhance efficiency. Support image selection, curation, and mapping across brand touchpoints. Retouch and optimize photography for premium packaging applications. Design marketing assets for email, social media, and promotions. Support digital and web design projects, visual layout, and technical execution. Maintain organized file systems and naming conventions. Manage client relationships, project budgets, and oversee production quality. Contribute fresh ideas and stay current with design trends and tools. Uphold and encourage Motion's core values along with our values of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.
