This is a critical role serving as the MarTech, data, and technology lead for all B2B marketing functions, including but not limited to: brand, content, customer marketing, and demand generation. As a Product Manager, you will help elevate Realtor’s marketing practice by guiding, identifying, and leading best practice marketing operations, integrations, and processes.This highly-visible role is central to Realtor.com ’s long-term strategic growth and will work with great autonomy across the major functions of the business including Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales/Monetization.As an expert, leader, and partner with a balance of technical expertise and marketing acumen we invite you to help us establish B2B Marketing as a growth driver of the business. This role will report to the VP, B2B Marketing.Responsibilities:Assess current state of B2B marketing operations, create needs assessment, prioritization, and product roadmap aligned with overall B2B vision.

Work directly and independently across internal and external teams to develop user stories and identify opportunities for improvements. Liaise with stakeholder teams to define solutions to key strategic questions.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, Enterprise Systems, and Sales/Monetization teams to build tools and systems that scale across marketing channels (both hands on and through directing others.)

Apply agile methodologies to deliver incremental value and own the product life-cycle.

Use SQL, python, and collaborative tools to deliver data insights and reporting.

Diagnose and address real-time operational issues to ensure business continuity. Ensure repeat issues are addressed through product updates, new features, etc.

Promote omnichannel operational excellence across properties and programs such as web platform(s), onsite search functionality, Google Analytics, livechat, SMS, email journeys, digital display, social, personalization and dynamic capability sets.

Develop customer lifecycle modeling, a/b testing, and incrementality testing capabilities with data science and analytics teams.

Manage and optimize B2B MarTech stack

Initiate and own cross-functional strategic planning with data, tech, and operations teams to ensure roadmap alignment and advocate for B2B marketing prioritization, B2B data governance and QA.

Required Qualifications:BS in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics

Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience or 5 years of relevant work experience with post grad degree

Ability to lead initiatives based in AWS, PHP, GitHub, SQL, HTML, Python

Previous experience working in or running an Agile development environment

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a quantitative field

Experience with Marketing Technology

Digital analytics and related tools including Google Analytics

Digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress)

CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript proficient

Experience in B2B marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent role with an analytical bend
