The role will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget of projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration.  The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Responsible for leading the delivery of project from proposal phase through Client handover.Acts as primary point of contact for Clients and manages the relationship with all stakeholdersManages all aspects of a project including project needs and requirements, schedule, fees, deliverables, contract terms and conditions, and the like.Develop and monitor a detailed project plan to track progress and identify shortfalls in a timely manner.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to minimize risk.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide senior management with project updates included status of project budget, deliverables, quality, and client relationship.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Coordination of internal and external project team members.Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate; written, verbal, and presentations.Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Will lead project pursuits, including identification of new business opportunities, generation of Scope of Work, project team, fee production, and review of terms and conditions.
