At Shippeo we focus on delivering value to our customers.  We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer either based in our office in Chicago, IL or remotely in the USA (ET)  to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our continuing expansion.As a passionate Sales Engineer, your main task is to acquire mid-market and enterprise level companies as new customers in the North American market to fuel Shippeo’s ongoing growth.  You will work in close collaboration with our sales, marketing and product teams to deliver solutions that enable our customers to derive value and  get things done!As a member or the Shippeo team you are:  Directly involved in complex sales processes, in close collaboration with the senior sales and management team members.  Coordinate, support and manage internal stakeholders to ensure the offers made to prospects can be credibly delivered and are aligned with Shippeo’s ideal customer profileAble to provide comprehensive product demonstrations for prospects and are the first point of contact for initial technical queries.Analyze the prospect’s  supply chain & business processes to identify specific value cases that can be realized with the use of the Shippeo solution. Able to respond to complex RFPs and in coordination with the sales, product and other team members create timely, comprehensive and winning proposals.Conduct detailed value assessments and ROI studies in close coordination with prospects to provide a compelling business case for the use of the Shippeo solution and services.Strong project management skills, able to independently design, execute and manage successful prospect proof-of-concept projects and be the first point of contact in this phase.In alignment with your manager and sales colleagues, forecast and manage your activities and your tasks independently in order to achieve revenue targets and company goals. Work collaboratively and cross functionally  with colleagues in other regions of the world to support projects of a global nature.
