This role is hybrid on-site (3) days a week at our Chicago, IL officeThe Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing compensation strategies across a broad region, ensuring alignment with corporate compensation policies and local market trends. This role will provide in-depth analysis, reporting, and recommendations to optimize compensation structures, support recruitment and retention goals and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of regional labor markets, and a deep knowledge of compensation frameworks.
Support the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs (i.e., salary range management, bonus forecasting, program cost & impact analysis, etc.) to drive market competitiveness; market data survey participation; analyze market data and labor trends to recommends plan design enhancements; primarily America-focused, may include global programs.
Provide effective consultation to various audiences (i.e., HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, etc.) and share knowledge on compensation strategies, best practices, and programs; collaborate and build understanding, find solutions to inquiries and issues, and consult on program design and options to ensure alignment with the compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy.
Conduct job evaluations to drive internal and external equity; develop an understanding of the jobs and organizational structures to formulate recommendations supporting new job creation, job level evaluation, labor law compliance, etc.
Drive the annual compensation process as part of a team; provide effective project management for the overall merit, promotions, annual bonus and long-term incentive programs to include data audits, communications and resources, system testing, analysis & reporting, and effective cross-functional partnerships.
Lead assigned projects and support team projects to include providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership, preparing analysis, enhancements, and developing and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Develop communications, resources and tools to drive engagement and understanding of compensation programs; present compensation-related materials as requested to various internal audiences.
Develop, document, and/or evaluate internal processes and reports and recommend enhancements to streamline workflow while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Company compensation plan provisions.
Develop, automate, and maintain reporting utilizing analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.) to support strategic decision making by functional and business partners and leadership.
Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and requirements governing compensation programs and policies and recommend appropriate courses of action based on updates in legislation, partner with HR Business Partners and the internal legal team to ensure compliance.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, math, or other business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
5 years' combined experience in compensation, finance or human resources
3 years' experience with compensation program administration, design and analytics.
Demonstrated application of compensation fundamentals (e.g., market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration, consulting principles).
Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design and administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consult and summarize analytics in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Demonstrated time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (e.g. Oracle). Proficiency in statistics, programming language (e.g. R, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and effectively to drive for results, as well as collaborate in a team environment.
