Position:
Jitjatjo is looking for energetic team members who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service.
Servers support front of house operations by guiding guest experiences and providing excellent customer service. Successful Talent are efficient multitaskers and have strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
Be familiar enough with location's menu and specials to make recommendations and answer questions.
Take customer orders and make adjustments as needed.
Clearly inform the kitchen of any customer alergies.
Work with fellow teammates (i.e. bussers, bartenders, runners, chefs) to ensure all of the guests needs are met in a timely manner.
Remain positive and friendly when responding to customer complaints or issues.
Maintain tables before/after guest arrival as needed, in compliance with establishment's guidelines.
Handle customer payments through the establishment's register, POS system, or other payment processing system.
Adhere to the dress code, appearance, and grooming standards specified by establishment.
