Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager to lead our delivery team for the ServiceNow Portfolio Management (SPM) module. This role is pivotal in articulating SPM vision and will be responsible for managing the delivery of products, services, or projects related to SPM, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role typically works across various departments to ensure seamless coordination between teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. The Delivery Manager is instrumental in driving the execution of business goals while maintaining high performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.This position demands a strategic thinker who can articulate a clear vision for the SPM module while ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. The incumbent will oversee the comprehensive product roadmap, delivery management working collaboratively with both business and technology stakeholders to drive the successful design, development, and implementation of the SPM module across the organization.The SPM Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a product or product feature from the conceptual stage through launch and post-launch support. Key responsibilities include directing and managing multiple projects concurrently, facilitating the adoption of industry best practices, and ensuring that the implemented technology solutions meet and exceed business expectations. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison between IT stakeholders and business units, fostering a shared understanding of goals and objectives, and promoting effective communication across all organizational levels.Other information:

Required Qualifications:

o Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.o Experience: 4-7 years of experience in project management, product delivery, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle.

Skills:

o Proven track record of managing successful project deliveries within scope, budget, and timeline.o Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.o Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.o Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex delivery challenges.o Strong understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies.o Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects with competing deadlines.o Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.o Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar).o Familiarity with technical concepts and product design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple departments or geographies.o Familiarity with IT and software delivery, especially in an agile environment.o Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or other relevant technical concepts.o Experience in customer-facing roles or dealing with external clients.

SPM Delivery Manager Location

Project Delivery Management:

o Oversee the delivery of products, services, or projects from planning to completion.o Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.o Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project executiono Oversee the end-to-end delivery process of products, from planning to launch and iteration.o Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for product delivery.o Collaborate with vendors and organizations and bring industry best practices and use cases to the RUSH stakeholders to generate interest and momentum for SPM rollout.

Stakeholder Communication:

o Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the product delivery process.o Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, risks, and milestones.o Facilitate meetings to align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and scope adjustments.o Work closely with Process Owners, Managers and senior RUSH leaders and participate in process and governance discussions considering SPM best practices.

Product Roadmap Execution:

o Help translate high-level product vision and strategy into actionable delivery plans.o Ensure that the product roadmap is being executed efficiently by managing sprint cycles, releases, and iterations.o Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery phase.

Resource Management:

o Manage project resources, including staffing, technology, and tools, to ensure optimal delivery.o Allocate resources efficiently and ensure that team members are working on the right tasks.o Monitor project workload and resolve resource conflicts or issues as they arise.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

o Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.o Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities.o Ensure teams are well-supported with the necessary resources, training, and guidance.o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, ensuring team motivation and engagement.o Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.o Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other team members to identify and solve problems.

Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that the delivered product meets quality standards and aligns with customer expectations.o Coordinate UAT testing efforts, gather feedback, and monitor product performance to ensure ongoing improvements.o Implement quality control processes to monitor the progress and outcomes of projects.

Risk Management:

o Identify potential delivery risks (e.g., scope changes, resource constraints, technical challenges) and proactively address them.o Develop contingency plans and ensure that risks are communicated and managed effectively.

Process Improvement:

o Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product delivery and enhance team performance.o Promote the adoption of best practices for agile methodologies, project management tools, and other delivery processes.

Post-launch Support and Continuous Improvement:

o Ensure the product is continuously improved post-launch based on user feedback and analytics.o Provide support for issues arising after product delivery, ensuring a smooth transition to support teams.

Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk logs, and status reports.o Provide regular reports on project progress, resource usage, and financials.o Track and report on KPIs to assess delivery effectiveness and impact.

Customer Satisfaction:
