You will lead both strategic and tactical elements of our cyber program delivery, risk reduction initiatives and operations excellence functions. You will partner closely with various critical team members in Global Technology, the markets, and other critical functions, among others. You will help lead the continuous improvement of the team's transformation journey through execution and process maturity.McDonald’s is investing heavily in technology to drive our growth. With all the new projects and initiatives, it is an exciting time to be on the cybersecurity team, helping to make a safer and Better McDonald's!ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of our cybersecurity strategy to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program strategy aligned with the organization's vision, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.Develop and lead cybersecurity metrics and reporting frameworks to measure and communicate the progress of the cybersecurity program effectively.Review and evaluate the effectiveness of critical program delivery controls and drive recommendations for improvement.Facilitate the collaboration between cyber and partner departments (e.g., finance, legal, people, infrastructure, vendor management) to facilitate cyber strategies and their execution on behalf the cyber teams & leaders.Supervise internal cyber internal finance, vendor management, and people processes to support the effective operation of the cyber organization.Drive prioritized cyber program improvements that immediately reduce the risk to the McDonald’s environment.Be an advocate for our cybersecurity program and an ambassador to our market partners in the execution of our strategy.Provide strategic guidance on complex cybersecurity issues and lead critical decision-making processes to ensure the continued execution of our strategy.Foster effective communication with collaborators throughout the organization, promoting a culture of cybersecurity resilience.Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing cybersecurity team capable of driving the changes required.Mentor, lead, and empower, both directly and indirectly, a high-performing team of directors, senior managers/analysts, and senior professionals and set clear priorities to achieve team goals.Benefits eligible: Yes
