Supplier Support Analyst

DescriptionAs a member of the Procurement team reporting up through the CFO organization, the principal purpose of the Supplier Support Analyst is to assist the organization as it pertains to the onboarding and ongoing compliance of third-party suppliers, as well as supporting those who utilize our Supplier Management Software. The candidate will utilize a best-in-class supplier platform. To succeed, the candidate must possess excellent time management skills and handle time-sensitive priorities in a customer-centric environment. Outstanding communication skills are critical. This position is for professionals who are highly motivated, self-directed and have a desire to work on the Salesforce platform. Learning opportunities are limitless. You must possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills with a passion to deliver outstanding support. Responsibilities: Perform initial supplier onboarding including (but not limited to) the collections & review of: o All relevant, required documentation o Review of Certificates of Insurance o Screen government sanctions lists (such as performing TIN & OFAC checks) o Review Health & Safety requirements Facilitate the onboarding process including effectively communicating between suppliers and property/facility managers Monitor system support email boxes and respond to user inquiries throughout the day Follow up on issues and see open items through to completion Handle inbound calls and cases from Salesforce users with a sense of urgency Document every customer service interaction Establish and maintain knowledge of the Salesforce features and functionalities to effectively address customer concerns Use problem-solving tactics with internal resources and colleagues to analyze requests/data and determine root causes of issues Communicate effectively with application users, teammates, and management to escalate issues promptly as appropriate for assistance Contribute to team efforts to help achieve team objectives and successes Willingness to participate in occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotation coverageSkillsSupport, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Help desk, Technical support, Salesforce, ServiceEdge, Data Entry, Excel, procurement, vendor managementTop Skills DetailsSupport,Troubleshooting,Customer service,Help desk,Technical support,Salesforce,ServiceEdge,Data EntryAdditional Skills & QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Procurement Related Certifications 1-3 years of experience. Proven competencies encompassing data analytics, technology, customer support and project management/technology, business process operations Desire to be part of a high performing team Desire to learn many aspects of Procurement and remain flexible with changing assignments Outstanding customer service/customer relationship building skills Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficient to expert in Microsoft Excel Communicating effectively Overall curiosity or desire to be engaged in technology Strong business writing skillsExperience LevelIntermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
