Description We are offering an opportunity for a TESS Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role entails meticulous paper assembly and delivery tasks. The position is a short-term contract opportunity, with a part-time schedule that may include some weekend work.Responsibilities: Assemble various paper materials accurately Manage and coordinate the delivery of assembled materials Handle potential weekend assignments as per project deadlines Ensure all tasks are completed within the set timeframe Utilize the 'About Time' tool for efficient time management Maintain a consistent work schedule of 3 to 4 hours daily Be prepared to provide additional assistance leading up to significant deadlines such as March 15th and April 15th. Requirements Proficiency in using 'About Time' software is a must for the TESS Specialist role. Strong knowledge and practical experience in using 'Paper' software is essential. Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 'About Time' and 'Paper'. The candidate must have excellent communication skills to explain complex software features in simple terms. Ability to train and guide other team members in using 'About Time' and 'Paper'. The candidate should show a high level of initiative and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable. The candidate should have a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must have a strong understanding of the latest updates and features in both 'About Time' and 'Paper'. A relevant degree or certification in a related field is advantageous. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and projects.
