VP, Marketing & Communications

As a Vice President of Marketing & Communications you will focus on leadership, strategy and execution. This is a strategic role that leads enterprise-wide impact initiatives and assumes direct team management and accountability. This role will champion the partnerships with senior and business leaders, and oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans and campaigns with the goal to create awareness, generate interest and demand and overall promote our services in the industry. This role will be key in influencing EVERSANA’s development and communication of value props that differentiate our business in the industry and work across the enterprise to impact brand compliance.Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:Works with service line and commercial leaders to influence EVERSANA’s development and communication of value props that differentiate our business in the industry Works work across the enterprise to impact brand complianceOversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing communications plans and campaignsSet annual team goals, drive results and report out insights to optimize marketing plans and strategiesAligns priorities with the priorities of the CMO, and CROSupports the marketing budget developmentSetting clear direction, effective plans, and measurable outcomesDeveloping a pipeline of excellent talent to fill future business needsPlans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.All other duties as assigned.
